Re: COGS incorrect when invoices are reposted

I second this. In fact we could set up a CVS or SVN right away and start
the documentation ASAP. I have ALOT of experience with DocBook and you
can all get a nice intro at:

http://p2ee.org/ait/docbook-emacs/

You will be productive in DocBook editing in a few hours. The doc is a
little aoutdated but good enough for an intro. I would recommend to
stick with DocBook SGML 4.2 intead of 5 (XML) for many reasons such as
compatibility with many, many systems that still use Norman Walsh's
DSSSL sheets (in fact in 5 it's just a wrapper around DSL). IMHO until
something of the likes of Walsh's style sheets exist in XSLT we should
not bother in migrating to XML-DocBook, but instead stick to SGML
DocBook 4.2.
