I actually solved this.
I copied the sub routine format_amount from form.pl SQL-Ledger (last version) into the LedgerSMB form.pl.
I'm not sure this is legal but now it works.

No luck with 1.2.14, same issue.
If you can't reproduce than it should be some setting on my server or on my clients web interface?

Can you upgrade to 1.2.14 and try again?
