  If present;  copy /etc/apache2/ledgersmb-http.conf  to the
/etc/apache2/conf-available/ledgersmb.conf, update it for the Apache
2.4 configuration changes (referencing [1] if necessary),  then (IIRC)
run "apache2_invoke enconf ledgersmb.conf".
