Mine is like:

#deb http://debian.corenetworks.net/debian/ jessie main contrib non-free

I changed to unstable and also googled to find this:

http://packages.debian.org/sid/libtemplate-plugin-latex-perl

So, now I'll try uninstalling some cpan modules...
