   Literally?  I ask because I'm used to seeing the line like as follows:
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free

    Yes, the libtemplate-plugin-latex package...

   Odd.  It's been in Debian since May of 2012, and the v3.02-2
version of it has been in Debian Testing ('jessie') since July of last
year [1].  Possible issue with the mirror you're using, perhaps?

   Shouldn't need to and in any case it's the same version there, but
let us know how it goes.
