Order Consolidate -- BUG

Hello all,

I commonly used the "Consolidate Order" function in SL, but since my
upgrade to LS I have been unable to use it.

When I try to consolidate an order, the fields get all mixed up. The
quantity becomes line item notes, line item notes disappear
completely, etc.

Could someone take a look at this fault? Perhaps it's a simple patch?
I have been meaning to take a look at it myself, but time is short in
supply for me as of late...

Any help would be very appreciated.
