Any idea on time scales?

Hi All,
just a general query as to how things are going. I've posted a couple of
bug reports, one of which is rapidly in danger of becoming a show
stopper (vendor details being deleted when a Part is edited), and asked
about proper Credit Notes (major headache not having those). Things seem
to have gone a little quiet - is 1.3 taking all the effort?.
