If someone can't use sales orders instead of a draft, then using a quote would
be equally useless - possibly more so.
Personally, I do use sales orders and have no need of draft or in-progress
documents - I'm just saying maybe others do.
There is no reason we can't have the "draft" status a part of a sales
order/quotation, and map that to a button on the invoice screen.
I'm just saying....
