Can we push this to Docbook?
This is a bit off the wall, but there is a PDF generator for several wikis, eg PmWiki. I am going to experiment with creating some of my own documentation this way in order to have a unified screen/print/pdf set of documentation... Should be nice (if it works...)
Note that the best generators convert it semantically, ie extracting the structure of the wiki pages, not by just doing an HTML to PDF conversion
