User creation problem in SVN fixed

Apparently the move to the new database handle system has caused some
issues here.  The actual problem was that everywhere used
$form->update_defaults() except User.pm where they used
Form::update_defaults.  This meant no standard db handle.  THis
problem was fixed in SVN late last night.
