If you are on Linux, run the following command in the ledger-smb/sql directory:
sed -i -e 's/ALSO //' Pg-tables.sql Pg-upgrade-2.6.17-2.6.18.sql
Also, I think that there were some data corruption bugs in 8.0 that
were corrected in later 8.0.x releases. if you have not done so, you
should upgrade to the latest 8.0.x. This does not require a
dump/restore.
If this works for you, I may release another maintenance release for
1.1.1 with a few other changes (including the documentation points you
have brought up).
