On a new install of version 1.13.1 during setup.pl, I am getting the following message trying to create my first database:
Error!
Could not connect to database: could not translate host name "postgres" to address: Name or service not known at /srv/ledgersmb/lib/LedgerSMB/Scripts/setup.pm line 1144.

What do I need to do? Why is the hostname being set to "postgres"?
