After LOTs of distractions / dramas, I have finally gotten back to this topic - I have now successfully created Podman containers (suits me better than Docker) for PostgreSQL and LedgerSMB, created my first company and logged in.
Now if that company actually starts trading sometime - I could make use of this setup! - and if my friend is interested in using this too, I will help her set it up.
