I have not managed to reproduce this on the demo system.
I will see if I can work out if there are other things in my system that might be different that could be causing it.

I just went into the demo system (https://demo.cloud.efficito.com/erp/1.4/), opened a sales order and saved it a large number of times (15 times?). However, I didn't see this error occur. If you could free up some time to make this error happen on the demo system, I'd be really grateful, because that means I can probably reproduce it myself as well. Because if there's a real error here, it should be addressed.

2. Set the customer to "Adina Horner"
3. Enter the number "1" in the first item's part number
4. Click "Update"
5. Select part "5010" from the subsequent list and click "Continue"

All the while, I haven't seen the error you report. Can you reproduce your error on the demo system?
