I accomplished this by removing the html/csv option, since I didn't want
to send by those methods anyway. my notes say to comment the following
lines in /bin/io.pl:
# options => [{text => 'HTML', value => 'html'},
# {text => 'CSV', value => 'csv'} ],
# push @{$options{format}{options}}, {
# text => $locale->text('Postscript'),
# value => 'postscript',
# };
Not sure if that is still valid in 1.4, and use at your own risk...
