Obviously we should rule out the second and third before concluding the first.
Bit of a pain as when you want to look through all transactions for a
customer you ideally want to see all of them.
By default, transactions only shows open/unpaid transactions, i.e. transactions which still have outstanding balances. The two common causes for this are:
1) The transaction was saved but not posted. You can see this by going to Transaction Approval/Drafts, and searching under AR there.
2) The transaction did not have an outstanding balance, and you did not select "closed" on the report criteria.
Check these two first and then check back.
