SOLVED: Install 1.3.15 on Centos 6

cp /usr/share/ledgersmb/ledgersmb-httpd.conf /etc/httpd/conf

Add the following line to /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:

# LedgerSMB
Include conf/ledgersmb-httpd.conf

Restart httpd

And now I can log in at localhost/ledgersmb/setup.pl
