1)  Can you print a very simple order that has previously printed on
the old version?
2) Does reinstalling 1.2.18 fix the problem?

If these are true then we need to look one place.  If not, it may be a
different problem.

Also I will email you a patch to form to preserve the files so you can
email me the intermediate stages.
