Migrating LedgerSMB

I have Ledgersmb 1.2.6 accounts running on a Colinux VM and I am
looking to transfer them to my Ubuntu machine which has v 1.2.21
running on it.
I am thinking that I just need to perform a Postgres dump on them,
transfer the file to the Ubuntu machine and then restore it? Am I
right? Any gotchas?
