Re: International equivalents of 1099?

What about the T4A-NR forms?  These seem applicable for contractors
(and not subject to witholding AFAICS)

I guess what I am leaning towards is a dropdown box which allows one
to select an appropriate form, and then an interface that allows these
form names to be managed.
