Sorry, I misunderstood you.  The 2.6.18-2.6.19 upgrades to LSMB 1.2.x.
 Going to 1.2.x is really recommended since 1.1.x has numerous
security issues which were sufficiently deep that we didn't feel we
could fix them in a stable branch.
