The admin page shows all databases in the PostgreSQL cluster.

You also need to run the following sql scripts in sql/legacy (in order):
Pg-upgrade-2.6.12-2.6.17.sql
Pg-upgrade-2.6.17-2.6.18.sql
Pg-upgrade-2.6.18-2.6.19.sql
That should be all that is required.
