What I would like to see is a fail-proof installation instructions, so 
more users will join and give meaningful feedback (I know some details 
will be distribution specific).  
Out of 10-persons who will try to install it 3-will ask questions and 
try to resolve the issue; 7-will be afraid to ask any questions and will 
move to something easier.

I've written installation instruction for Gentoo but got stuck at 
the end with permissions, I'm not sure I was able to explain sufficiently 
the details.
