Upgrading from SQL-Ledger and getting to 1.2

Subject: Upgrading from SQL-Ledger and getting to 1.2

Hopefully quick question:

As I remember, generally the process is to migrate SQL-Ledger to Ledger-SMB 
1.1, and then to upgrade from that to LedgerSMB 1.2.x ... Am I correct, or is 
there now a more direct migration path?
