This fix has been corrected by Seneca in svn /branches/1.2/.  If you
require a tarball, let me know and I will send you one.  It will be
fixed in 1.2.3.

1.2.2 was being validated for release when this was reported and fixed
and it is not as severe an issue as the fixes we made in that release.

You can also work around the problem by selecting the locale in the
ledgersmb.conf if you only need to use one language per installation
at a time.
