As I've stated earlier, I'm not using the Debian release.  This was the
1.2.0 tarball that was released a couple days ago and is now a checkout
of the 1.2 branch from svn.

I've even removed my ledger-smb.conf file from the directory and am
still getting the pipe error with Send by E-mail.
