Yes. These are the custom table catalogs. It is a good idea not to
manipulate them directly but use add_custom_field('$ENTITY',
'$FLDNAME', '$TYPE')
and drop_custome_field('$ENTITY', "$FLDNAME')
instead.
They are automatically picked up on some db entities (currently AR,
ap, invoice, orders, and quotations).

relationship, however the new ones (from SL) custom_field_catalog and
custom_table_catalog - can you shed some light on these?
Are they used for user added custom tables and fields?
