Also note one more thing:

I am working on a Windows installer package that will include and run
installer packages for PostgreSQL and Apache.  Not quite sure how this
will be managed yet.  Still studying the issue (I am not a Windows
instaler expert) but I am using WIX.

Anyone interested in this effort should contact me either on or off list.
