Re: Proposal: drop PostgreSQL 9.1 support for 1.5



Hi Chris,

Well, given the reactions here and especially the PostgreSQL repositories to bring Pg to older distros, I think the outcome is a "Go".

The next steps would be to:

* Make sure our README/INSTALL documentation mentions the correct prerequisites
* The compatibility table (in the FAQ) gets adjusted
* The 9.1 builder(s) get switched over to another version (or removed, if possible)

Can you look at the builders? I'll take the compat table and install docs on ledgersmb.org and in our repo.

I.e. there is no "distro" reason not to have access to 9.5.
