Test failure in PGObject::Util::PseudoCSV

I am porting all the PGObject modules into OpenBSD.

But I am gettting a test failure:

Several other modules have PGObject::Util::PseudoCSV as a dependency. I am running OpenBSD -current with PostgreSQL version 9.4.5.
