Ready to freeze for 1.4.4 tomorrow?

I want to triage the following issues still:

1243    AR search shows bad dates

1242    Report of error printing sales invoice to htm

After that we can freeze for 1.4.4 I think.  Our changelog is already enough fro a release I think:

* Fixed bug 1234, trying to save user before employee thows error (Chris T)

* Fixed bug 1239, reopening on previous close throws error (Chris T)

* Fixed upgrade bug, referential errors upgrading 1.2 data (Chris T)
