As a further note on this, all the things on my TODO for beta 4 are
complete. I am adding one more thing in that I expect to rewrite the
database cleanup tests to include dropping roles as per Erik's tools.
As for post-beta 4, I'd like to try to work on database setup and
migration tools also. Help, of course, is appreciated.
