I figured I should provide a quick overview of some of the larger
enhancements which are coming in 1.3 and not mentioned in the roadmap:

1)  Voucher system supports separation of duties
2)  Fully enforced role-based security
3)  Template-based user interfaces in some areas of old code.
4)  Export some reports to CSV, XLS, ODS, and other formats
5)  Payment thresholds and on-hold status
