Hungarian updated charts are at the patches section

Hi,

I just uploaded the Hungarian charts to the patches section.
There are two versions:
One is a small one for basis and the other is a more extended version
with lot of accounts.

I tested both of them by installing to a new database and check them via
LS.
I modified the defaults to more descriptive values.
