Sorry for not being more specific.
Every link for the manual on all the pages I could find, including
above, is to:
http://ledger-smb.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/ledger-smb/trunk/doc/LedgerSMB-manual.pdf
which redirects to http://sourceforge.net/p/ledger-smb/code/HEAD/tree/
Searching for Manual leads to same pages plus a page with no link for a
manual.
