I have added a copy of the manual and coding standards pdfs
to <a href="forums.ledgersmb.org">forums.ledgersmb.org</a> on the <a
href="http://forums.ledgersmb.org/docs.html";>documentation page</a>.

These come from 1.4.12. I also noted that the coding standards are about to
change.
