Re: error print sales quote to pdf

I will be tightening up the error handling here in 1.4.4 and adding a "receipt of goods" for vendor invoices (basically an invoice in reverse, indicating that goods were received for a price).

At any rate this is helpful in identifying weak spots of the user experience.

Yes *after* the import.... With the expected formatting errors it just
loads fine.
