This screen should come up only if the username/password provided is incorrect. If it is incorrect, you can use psql to reset it. Log in with psql (any database) and do something like:

ALTER USER "myusername" WITH PASSWORD 'temporary_password' VALID UNTIL 'tomorrow';

Then when you log in with myusername and temporary_password, you will be prompted to change the password.

As I think about it we should probably add password resets to the setup.pl as well.
