Turns out that there is a checkbox on
the admin user screen for setting privileges to be able to delete
warehouses. By setting it, the user can then delete warehouses.

Our client is getting an error when attempting to delete a warehouse.
The error message:
DELETE FROM warehouse
WHERE id = ?
ERROR: permission denied for relation warehouse
Strangely, there is are checkboxes on the System - Admin User screen for creating and editing warehouses, but none for deleting warehouses.
