Display a list of warehouses; select
one of them and display it; click Delete button. What other way
is there to delete it?

Strangely, there is are checkboxes on the System - Admin User screen for creating and editing warehouses, but none for deleting warehouses.
That's the way SQL Ledger edits database items: delete them and then re-insert. In our new code, we use UPDATE instead.
So, the user probably was editing a warehouse.
