Error trying to Use AR Overpayment

When I try to use an AR Overpayment I get:

in the error_log.  I don't know if it has something to do with my
setup, or if this is a general problem that needs to be fixed.  I'm
not sure if there are other bits of information that needs to be
gathered to figure this out.
