Blank screen

I searched for a vendor using AP - Vendors - Search.  Then I clicked on any of the links (vendors) displayed, and the resulting screen is blank.
Here is the URL generated for one of them:
  http://localhost/ledgersmb/vendor.pl?action="">

Any idea why the screen would be blank?
