Please find or locate all versions of LedgerSMB/Form.pm and report
paths back.  My guess is it is still running an old version of Form.pm
somewhere.

I just saw your reply to my bug filing.  I did use "make install" initially to load all of the CPAN modules.  I didn't realize it was also "installing" LSMB into the perl infrastructure.  Do I have to delete all of the .pl files from /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.4 that also appear in the ledgersmb file tree?
