open_status_div error in 1.3.21(?)

Hello!

I updated to 1.3.21 yesterday using "fetch -o ledgersmb-1.3.21.tar.gz http://sourceforge.net/projects/ledger-smb/files/ledgersmb/1.3.21/ledgersmb-1.3.21.tar.gz/download".  Or, t least I think I did.  The database reports version 1.3.20 (after running setup.pl), the screens report version 1.3.20, but the VERSION file reports 1.3.21.

I'm trying to add an AP transaction, but the screen isn't coming up (the frame remains blank).  Looking in the error log, I see this:

I'm running:

FreeBSD 9.0

Apache 2.2.22

Perl 5.12.4
