Norwegian default accounts

(To rephrase my question and start a new thread with the proper title)

I'm installing 1.3.9 from the latest .deb file, and have hit a snag
I'm getting asked for default AP and AR, and I have no clue what to put there.

Since I know I'm not the only one from Norway using ledgersmb, I thought I'd ask here:

What should be the default accounts for Norway?
