Problems with upgrade from 1.2.x to current version

Hi

I'm attempting an upgrade from 1.2.0 (i think it was) to the current version. I've followed the upgrade instructions exactly, and only used default options for CPAN.

When I try to use setup.pl, I get asked for user name and password over and over, and I know I provided the correct one for postgres.

What should I do?
