RPM progress?

Chris,

I sent a note to the list a while ago about the result I got testing 
the most recent RPM (reproduced below) but didn't get a response - any 
updates on this?

Trying:

  yum install ./ledgersmb-1.3.9-rc1.noarch.rpm

gives:
