Migration from SQL-Ledger 2.8.29

Hi,

I've been tasked with exploring a migration from SQL-Ledger 2.8.29 to 
the latest LedgerSMB.  I was wondering if anybody has succeeded at doing 
this?

I have reviewed the docs and the sql-ledger2ledgersmb-wip.sql script and 
realize (as stated) that the migration script does not bring everything 
forward.  Does anybody have any tips or a somewhat more complete 
migration script laying around?
