For those using svn, migration scripts in progress have been
committed.  They do not currently support the manual translations
because there is some question as to how exactly this works and so I
am investigating this.

The scripts are currently in trunk under
sql/upgrade/1.2-pre-upgrade-checks.sql (to check for problems that
will halt migration) and
1.2-1.3-work-in-progress.sql which does the actual migration.  Right
now this requires reloading all sql modules after the migration and I
don't have a tool committed to do that at the moment (that's what is
next).

Problems should be reported here.  And please only do this on a copy
of your production data.
