Yes.  Anything on the Perl side not documented via POD should be
reported as a bug.

It will take a little time to get an API reference for the db sprocs though.

If you are transferring orders, chances are very little will actually
change.  Old code hitting oe.pl and is.pl should work with little or
no change.
